What is the Vaurie warranty?

Every Vaurie watch comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the rated resistance, misuse, or unauthorised repairs. It also does not apply to watches purchased from unauthorised resellers.

How can I get in touch?

Our team is here to help. For any questions about your order, your watch, or anything else, drop us a line at contact@vaurie.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours on business days.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can enter your discount code at checkout, in the "Discount code" field. The amount will be deducted from your total automatically. Only one code can be used per order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to the UK on orders over £45. Full details are available on our Shipping page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location:

France, Germany, Spain: 3-6 business days
United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
Rest of Europe: 5-8 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, so we can't guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. Please contact us at contact@vaurie.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help.

I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?

If your order went through successfully, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at contact@vaurie.com and we'll sort it out for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your watch leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email with a tracking link so you can see the real-time status and location of your parcel.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Sometimes parcels get delayed by the carrier. Please check the tracking link first to see the current status. If the status is unclear or the parcel seems lost, email us at contact@vaurie.com and we'll look into it right away.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The watch must be unworn, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. To start a return, just email us at contact@vaurie.com.

How much does a return cost?

Return shipping costs depend on your location and the carrier. We'll guide you through the easiest and most affordable option once you contact us.

Can I exchange my watch?

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different model or colour, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new one for the piece you want.

How long does a refund take?

We process refunds within 14 working days of receiving your return. In rare cases, it can take up to 30 working days. Once the refund is issued, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 banking days for the amount to appear in your account.

I received a damaged or faulty watch. What should I do?

We're really sorry about that. Please email us at contact@vaurie.com with your order number and a few clear photos showing the issue. We'll get back to you straight away to make it right.

What materials are Vaurie watches made of?

Every Vaurie watch is crafted from premium 316L stainless steel, chosen for its durability, resistance to corrosion, and elegant finish. Our straps come in a variety of materials including stainless steel mesh and genuine leather, and we use scratch-resistant mineral or sapphire crystal glass depending on the model. You'll find the exact specifications on each product page.

Are Vaurie watches water-resistant?

Our watches are designed to handle everyday life. Most models are water-resistant up to 3 ATM, meaning they can handle splashes and rain, but should not be worn while swimming, showering, or diving. Always check the specific water-resistance rating on the product page of your watch.

How do I care for my watch?

To keep your Vaurie watch looking its best:

Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and cleaning products.

Wipe the case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

Store it in the original box or pouch when not in use.

Avoid extreme temperatures and magnetic fields.

For leather straps, keep them dry and away from direct sunlight to preserve the colour and texture.

How do I find the right size?

For leather and mesh straps, simply use the buckle or sliding clasp to find your perfect fit. For metal link bracelets that need to be shortened, we recommend visiting a local jeweller or watchmaker, who can remove links quickly and safely. How long does the battery last?

The battery in our quartz watches typically lasts between 2 and 3 years with regular use. When the battery runs out, you can have it replaced at any local watchmaker or contact us at contact@vaurie.com for guidance.
