Refund policy

At Vaurie, we want every piece you choose to feel just right. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions below.

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. You do not need to give us a reason.

To exercise this right, submit your request using the button below. You can also reach this page through the "Withdraw from the contract" link in the footer of our website, in your order confirmation email, and in your account order page. Alternatively, you may notify us by email at contact@vaurie.com using the model withdrawal form provided on that page. We will send you confirmation of receipt, with date and time, on a durable medium.

Withdraw From The Contract

Because this is a legal right, you may examine the item as you would in a shop. We will refund the full amount you paid for your order, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you provide proof that you have sent it.

How to return your item

Start your request using the button above. Once your request is registered, we will send you the return address and full instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. You are free to open the packaging to inspect your item; however, when you send it back, the item must be returned in its original packaging (the box in which it arrived). Returns sent in any other packaging cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the item to our distribution centre is paid by the customer in all cases and is not refunded, as provided by the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 14(1)) and, for customers in the United Kingdom, by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (regulation 35(5)). The only exception is when the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Vaurie covers the full return shipping cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned: personalised or custom-made products, sealed goods that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons, and gift cards. Please note that the right of withdrawal still applies to sale and discounted items.

Refunds

We will keep you informed once your refund is on its way. Your refund is issued to the original payment method you used, for the full amount you paid, including the original standard delivery cost. As stated above, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you provide proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. If the returned item has been used or shows a loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, no refund will be issued, not even a partial one, as the item can no longer be sold as new.
